Shipping Policy: Europe & Ireland

  • Orders made with www.hempiregardens.com are shipped from our Dutch distribution hub situated in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

  • Hempire Gardens products are delivered under EU Free Trade Legislation to the following countries :

  • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

  • If your country is not stated above, please reach out to us. When possible, we may offer other shipping options.

  • When you order with www.hempiregardens.com you will be able to choose between the following delivery options: 

    • UPS Standard: delivery takes between 1-4 business days depending on your country zone (see below detailed zone delivery).

    • UPS Express: when choosing this delivery option, your order should typically arrive within 1-2 business days depending on your country zone.
  • UPS Standard:

    ZONE 1 (1-3 business days) Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark

    ZONE 2 (2-4 business days) Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Poland, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Bulgaria

  • Please note that UK & Netherlands bank holidays are excluded from delivery transit days.

  • If you have any further queries, please contact our Customer Support Team at sales@hempiregardens.com, or leave us a message in the Chatbox on our website.

  • Please note that the delivery times stated in our website does not include the handling time to prepare your order.

  • We are committed to providing you with only the best quality hemp products, thus allow 24-48h for your order to be processed.

  • However, we understand that your time is valuable, so we strive to ensure that your order is processed quickly and efficiently.

  • When your order ships you will automatically receive an email alert.

  •  If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, please login into your account to check your order status. Alternatively, click the “View your order” link in your original order confirmation email.

  • The tracking number for your order will be available on the order status page once your order ships. 

  • You can access the order status page via the "View your order” link included in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

  • Customers that choose UPS as the delivery option will receive an automatic shipping notification e-mail by the courier.

  •  If you have your tracking number to hand you can check the status of your delivery directly on UPS tracking page.

  • Hempire Gardens guarantees delivery of all products.

  • We have taken precautionary measures to prevent losses or delays during the shipping process :

    • Each parcel includes all relevant legal documentation.
    • Our packages are shipped securely vacuum sealed.
  • However, if for any reason loss or delay occurs, we will re-ship your order immediately, with no cost to you.
