If you don't know already, CBD products have taken the world by storm in recent years.  

CBD (cannabidiol) is a derivative of the hemp plant.  It is a non-psychoactive compound and is non-addictive.  Not to be confused with THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the psychoactive element of hemp that does alter the mind, and give a feeling of euphoria.

Supplementing with CBD oil is now renowned for it's healing properties.  It is the 'go to' remedy for many, especially those who favour a homeopathic approach to addressing personal health issues.

There are many different CBD products on the market which not only include oil, but CBD flowers, vapes and edibles.  It really does depend on personal preference as to how you take your daily dose of this amazing nutrient.

However, CBD oil is usually in a handy, pocket sized bottle, so makes it convenient to take just about anywhere.  It's also pretty versatile, in that you can add the oil into food or drinks if you prefer.

If you are including CBD oil into your daily routine, there can be some confusion as to which strength is best for you.  As the oil is available in various mg's of strength, i.e. 500mg/1000mg/1500mg/2000mg, it can prove bewildering when trying to make a choice.

Understanding what the mg's mean will help you choose the perfect option for your needs.

Obviously as the mg's go up, so does the strength.  It will, of course, depend on what you want to treat with CBD oil.  Humans can tolerate this compound quite well with very few side effects.  

It is advisable for any serious conditions where medication is already being taken, to have a word with your doctor.  However, for general health and well being, CBD oil can be safely taken.

There are many ailments CBD oil can treat, and many studies/researches have revealed positive and encouraging results.

CBD addresses conditions such as anxiety, depression, diabetes, arthritis, epilepsy, heart health, inflammation, poor sleep, and many more successfully.

Introducing CBD oil into your daily routine should be done with ease.  It is key to start off on a small dose and build it up gradually if needed.

So, for instance a 10ml bottle of CBD oil containing 1000mg of CBD will give you 200 drops.  A drop is literally one drop, not the full dropper.  One drop will contain 5mg of CBD.  

Administer the CBD oil underneath the tongue, as this is a quick way to feel the benefits, say 2 drops in the evening before bed.  Taken daily for around 2 weeks should see an improvement in your condition.  If not, increase the dosage to 3 drops, and so on.

Always store the oil at room temperature, preferably in a dark place.  CBD oil can last up to 2 years if care is taken.
